Have you ever considered the life of a cat? It's a cool job being a house cat with exploring privileges outside. There is not much to do but enjoy life and cruise around as king of your domain. If you have ever watched a cat relax and sleep on the couch or cruise around the yard stocking butterflies and then thrusting forward for a full scale attack; then you may enjoy a cat poem book. I would like to recommend just such a wonderful book to you:"The Power of Meow" by Bernard Gunther; 2006 [published by the wonderful author].This poet and author is great and I do own several other books by the same writer. One of the best quotes that this author borrowed but did not write is on the cover of this book; "I have known three zen masters in my life and all of them were cats," by Eckhart Tolle.This book is wonderfully illustrated aside each poem, the book is a small square six inches on the sides and only 111 pages, but it is such a wonderful little book and such a great gift item. I bought it for a gift for a friend, but decided to keep it for myself. I would highly recommend this book to any cat lover or pet owner.In fact, since reading this book, I am determined in my next life to come back as a cat and the majestic pet of a very nice wealthy family who will treat me great and I can lounge around and enjoy life! Think on this.
