Candida Elimination Book Review - 5 out of 5

Pre-Review Introduction:As an individual concerned about my health I'm constantly researching natural cures and treatments to help myself, being an eczema and asthma sufferer I became interested to hear that there was a cause for all this that was also a well known issue in the natural health industry. The cause it would seem was Candida. After buying various books on the subject that just seemed to rehash the same information over and over always focusing on the diet, a few supplements and little else, I found myself growing quite frustrated. The diet was helpful but if I came off of it my symptoms would return almost over night. So this was definitely no help for me.I read a couple of books online promising to never experience yeast infections again with their "New" approach... another Candida diet again and little else. The closest thing I found to a solution was the yeast infection no more e-book although their dietary restrictions were some of the toughest I'd ever seen,
I just couldn't pull off the amount of raw food required and the diet was again the focal point of the book.Review:I recently came across another Candida E-book. This guide was promising to actually cure my Candida permanently with a 5 step protocol etc, etc. So I figured what do I have to lose considering it has a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied. So I bought it and was very surprised to find the first Candida cure guide that isn't all about the diet. They do have a neatly laid out dietary guide, but they don't waste too much time on it, instead they provide the most extensive list of supplements and therapies I've seen anywhere period. Many of the supplements and suggested natural therapies I hadn't seen mentioned before in other books, or in some cases not explained in the way this Candida Elimination book approaches these topics. An hour into reading this book and I already knew more about what I could do to eliminate Candida than I ever did.Their 5 step p
rotocol has a few familiar things in it including the diet, anti-fungals, probiotics etc. It then goes much deeper into why parasites prevent recovery from Candida and how to eliminate them. How to cleanse your kidneys using a method I'd never heard of before. Heavy Metals and why they are of concern and finally their last step which can flush out your liver and provide a powerful detoxification which is supposed to nail the root cause of Candida on the head. On top of all of this they include a alternative therapies section that discusses many therapies I had never heard of including Castor Oil packs, MMS, Hydrogen Peroxide therapy and about 7 or 8 more that detail how to use them and what they can do for you.The book is very easy to read and nice to look at with pictures throughout, many of healthy people everywhere smiling, (I guess being Candida free means you can't stop smiling?). Although the light and simple look never takes away from the detailed information that is
ahead of it's time in this field as far as I'm concerned.I should make a quick note that the version of this Candida Elimination book I read was the full version, the quick start guide I went through as well. The name speaks for itself as this version of the book is a little more focused on treating vaginal and topical yeast infections. Although it still contains the main points from the full guide, I still preferred the full guide much more. Fortunately the quick start guide came free with the full guide so it isn't a waste at all, and I'm sure some people, women in particular will enjoy this one much more if they're in the middle of a nasty vaginal yeast infection and want help fast.In writing this review for this Candida elimination book I'm trying to think of things I didn't like about the book, in hindsight I suppose they could have added more to the parasite section, although I suppose then they'd have to name it how to cure parasites. Besides this I would have liked i
f they could tell me what time of the day to take each individual supplement, but they argue it is an open-ended approach, they didn't want to limit people to a schedule and that seems fair enough. I never liked being told what to do anyway! In order to have permanent elimination of Candida they mention that you need to follow all their steps which will take some time, but if you have suffered with symptoms for years as I have it won't seem long at all according to them. Conclusion:In all seriousness this Candida elimination book is at the top of it's class and will easily provide people with the methods needed to completely eliminate Candida naturally for good. I only wish I'd found this one before spending the couple hundred dollars on all the other Candida guides. All in all a definite must read for any Candida sufferer. It clearly explains solutions in an easy to follow system that can be read through completely and understood in less than 2 hours. Lots of great info in he
re that is unique and well explained, I know I'm happy with it. I've only been following it for 3 weeks and my breathing is better and eczema isn't acting up as it normally does. At this rate I won't be surprised if I really do "Cure" Candida this time.~5/5~
