What is Email Fax?

There is a new way to send and receive faxes without using a fax machine, paper, requires no printing and therefore no ink. This saves money and it's simpler than the traditional fax machine. It is called Email Fax. Sending and receiving faxes has just gotten much easier. Wouldn't it be easier to send and receive faxes in your email? If your answer is yes, then Email Fax is such a program. All that is required to send and receive faxes using Email fax is an internet connection (including dial-up), and an email program such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail and any other email account. How does this work? After signing up for the service, a local US fax number or a USA/Canada toll free fax number is chosen, and a user code is generated. To send a fax, open your email and click "new" as if sending an email. In the "to" section, instead of placing an email address, place the fax number that the fax is to be sent to, followed by "expertemail
fax". Should the fax number be 888-666-4444, then the "To" section will have 8886664444@expertemailfax.com. The user code, typically a four digit number, is entered in the message section of the email. For example, user: 7777. This code is unique to you and will be generated on successful sign up for email fax services. The document to be faxed is attached to the email as a pdf, word, or jpeg format. Clicking "Send" on the email tab will send your fax. Its that simple. The fax number and user code is the bare minimum requirements for sending faxes. Optionally, a cover page can be attached, and a message be entered. There is an optional feature to receive fax send confirmations. This will be delivered to your email also. Receiving faxes is simpler than sending faxes. Upon signup for email services, the email provided will be used to send all received faxes. Your faxes will be delivered to your email inbox as clear pdf documents. Email fax is the process of sending a
nd receiving faxes using only an internet connection, and an email account. It needs no fax machines, no paper, no printing (i.e. no ink), and faxes are received 24 hours a day.
