Get Fast And Easy Dell Support Online

On this New Year I planned to gift a Dell desktop computer to my sister, so I searched for the Dell Support number to order a computer by chance the contact number I got was not correct. So I decided to search for Dell Help on the Google website. The reason I wanted to order Dell computer was that they were providing the latest configuration on good price deal and the offer was for limited period. So I wanted to order it as soon as possible. On Google website I searched the keywords like- Dell Help, Online Dell Help, dell support, Online Dell Support etc. finally I got the contact number on their website. Now I tried that contact number but it was my surprise that the number was for USA not for INDIA, again I started searching for Dell Support, finally I got the Dell Support number for India. I called them, first of all told them about my grievance that how long it took to get in touch with somebody in Dell Support, this was important for me because I want some changes in the computer configuration that they were providing. I discussed the details with the Dell Support technician and ordered the computer. Dell Support told me that this will take at least 15 days to deliver it. After 15 days I received a packed carton from dell computer support, my family members were happy to get the new computer in time before 31st December. When I opened the carton, I was shocked to see that I received the Tower, mouse, keyboard etc. from Dell Support but there was no Monitor though the slip from courier says that monitor has been shipped to me. I immediately called the Dell Support and informed them about the issue. They asked me to give them a day’s time to get it checked with the Dell Help dispatch department and the courier company. I called the Dell Support again after a day, they informed me that by mistake the monitor was packed separately and the courier guy forgot to take the carton in which monitor was packed, so they are dispatching it immediately. Dell Support agent asked me to write an email to the Dell Help so that the problem should be taken care on priority basis. I wrote a mail to Dell Help, within few hours I got the reply from Dell Support they assured me for taking care about the problem also offered me 10% extra discount on my total billing so the Dell Support was sending the bank draft for refunded amount. In next two days I got the monitor from Dell Help, even Dell Help called me, to confirm the delivery of the monitor.
