Summer on Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber - Book Review

Summer on Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber is a book not just only for females but for everyone who appreciates life in its fullest potential. Macomber's latest work is in line with her other works; she does brilliantly with female characters. Emotional, inspiring and enlightening are words to describe Summer on Blossom Street. In times of trouble, people tend to seek companionship. With the same problems, addictions and mishaps people go through there are groups that will help you to overcome this hard times. This book evolved on the main character's (Lydia) "Knit to Quit" class. A class that helped troubled individuals with their problems. Lydia's class consists of four members: Brain Hutchinson, a stressed man who joined the class in order to cope up with his stress. And not be overcome with it. Margaret is also going through the same thing as Brian. Alix, addicted with smoking, wants to quit before getting pregnant. Abbie, one of the four members, is gong through a rough
broken engagement.Other characters in the book are also members of the class that made the story exciting. Life has definitely made man's existence worth what God has intended it to be. Through it, lessons are learned and people change for the better. You can definitely relate with this book because it is written with such honesty about life. I can relate with one of a character because I am struggling with my smoking habbits. I empathized with Alix. In this book are twists made realistic as what may happen. You will definitely learn something new with Summer On Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber.
