His Name Was Alexander the Great

Perhaps, few people in human history had ever accomplished what Alexander the Great did and still, his horrific acts make us cringe. He was loved, he was feared, often hated but like a true Machiavellian he was always respected. The brutality and massacre he brought was known throughout the world at the time, the world he conquered, the entire known world of the time. The man who never lost a battle is well worth the study. He was the product of Greek Philosophers that came before him, he choose to use his knowledge in a way that few others had. He had been groomed for greatness and expected no less of himself or his men. He was an interesting man, often sleeping until high-noon, but lazy he was not. To know the story of this great young man perhaps, speaks to all humanity. You should know Alexander and you ought to study his accomplishments, psychology and philosophy, for no other man in human history has ever been quite like him. I would like to recommend a very good book on
this subject, one that I have in my personal library and one I believe every leader, historian and hard-charger ought to have in their own personal libraries as well:"Alexander of Macedon" by Harold Lamb; Pinnacle Books, Inc., 1946Occasionally, I will see a copy at a used book store or one will pop-up on eBay, you need to buy a copy and consider all the lessons learned by the man and myth; Alexander the Great! Please think on this.
