The system will require a certain amount of storage capacity in the computers to load and execute the program. Step 2 Set up a router system on your main computer. Routers help send the wireless signal. Chances are you already have a router set
up on your computer to send your Internet signal to other computers in your home or office. If you do not have a router, shop for printer accessories. Step 3 Purchase the HP printer you have decided on and the printer accessories you need. HP printers come in a wide variety with many different functions. Choose the one that is right for your business. Just make sure it is network capable and has a preinstalled HP printer network card. It will tell you this either on the box or in the information when you are browsing for one. Step 4 Unpack the printer and printer accessories and set them in a handy location for all users.
