Now days, Major companies are providing the "Technical Help and Support” to the customers and also outsourcing the same for some other companies. It is not possible for every organization to have a technical help and support center. These organization looks for the major companies for outsource of technical help and support center. An organization success and reputation depends upon to main factors which are - Quality of the products Services and Support These two factors are the main reason for raising the demand of technical help and support. The technology world is changing frequently. There are products which are now counted in our basic requirements like mobile phones, computers, laptops, and I m sure I don’t have to mention the reason why these electronic items are important in our daily usage. Though we use other electronic items as well, which need repairing or servicing from time to time. For our convince, some of the companies has started providing technical support. They provide online support and don’t worry they do provide support over the phone if you don’t have internet access. There are various big brands in the market to provide technical support such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, iYogi, Sony, Motorola and many other brands which provide technical support for their products. But iYogi is a technical support company which provides support to most of the brands like Microsoft, Hp, Lenovo, Dell, Acer and other brands as well. They have Microsoft certified technicians to provide technical support for the products like computer, laptop, printer, scanner, digital camera, mp3 players etc. iYogi is already established in US, UK , Australia and Canada. Soon they will be launching onto more geographies on the globe. Technical support companies provide Technical support through - Online Computer Support: This category provides the technical support over the Internet. ·         Remote Computer Support: This category provides the technical support over the remote session. Many organizations are providing the remote support that is done by a software which helps in taking the remote control of the user computer. Telephonic Technical Support: This category provides the technical support over the telephone. Any customer can call the technical support center. Many companies are providing the toll-free numbers for their customers. Door to door Computer Support: In this category, A technician provides the technical support at the user home. A user can call for this service at specific time duration. Well, we all need technical support now and then, that’s a really good thing that technology is advanced and now we can get our computer repaired right at our place without carrying them out to the repair shop. Technology is just a phone call away.
