When I was looking for panic attack help, I read a lot of books. I have to say, most of them were awful and provided nothing but the same old information repackaged and disguised to look like something new. But when you've read as many books as I have, you're going to come across some that really do offer some excellent advice. And I'm going to recommend one of those rare good ones to you today. It's called "Self Help For Your Nerves," and it's written by a lady called Claire Weekes. If you've been looking into the subjects of panic and anxiety disorders for some time, I'm sure the name Claire Weekes will be familiar to you. She's developed a kind of cult following amongst many anxiety sufferers, and many people who read and benefit from her material recommend it to their friend and family members as a great source of panic attacks help. And I guess I'm doing the same by recommending "Self Help For Your Nerves" today. It's a very basic book, but that's one of its strengths. There
's no medical mumbo-jumbo here. Just solid advice that you can start using right away. In fact, not only is there no medical mumbo-jumbo, there's also none of the terminology you might have come to expect in books like this. It's actually quite an old book. So old, in fact, that a lot of common terms we use today like "panic attack" and "anxiety disorder" are nowhere to be found. And I think I found that pretty refreshing. There are a handful of very simple ideas in this book that I found useful, and that's why I'm recommending that you get yourself a copy and see if it can provide panic attacks help for you too.
